Donations

Exeter Women's Aid is always in need of donations to help carry out its work with women and children.

In particular, donations can provide the following:

Activities and outings for children
Christmas and birthday presents for children
Toys for the playroom and for individual children
Emergency items of food and clothing for women and children who arrive with nothing
Travel costs for women and children to get to the refuge in an emergency

Make a donation

You can make a one-off donation either by donating on-line, or by post.

To make a donation online, please click here. You will be directed to the CAF (Charities Aid Foundation) site, where you will need to type "Exeter Women's Aid" in the keyword search box. You will then be able to make a donation using a credit or debit card.

Gift aid

If you are a taxpayer, Gift Aid is a great way to boost the value of your donations by almost a third at no extra cost or trouble to you! It allows us to reclaim the tax on all donations.

Bequests

Making a bequest in your will is a way of investing in the next generation. There can be significant tax advantages to your estate by make a bequest to charity.

Payroll giving

Payroll giving is a direct and tax efficient scheme enabling employees to give from their pre-tax pay.

Gift in kind

These take many forms. We need toiletries and food including tea, coffee and other non perishable items.

Women and children's clothes in good condition are also very useful.
